Thats a good tut. I make mine the same. I have two layers of tutu fabric and a bottom layer of a nice feely fabric (aka which ever one I fancy) for comfort

Nice one ^^ its almost the same as how I make mine but I put steel rings in it, my skirts are so heavy that it doesn't flare out otherwise.
