Wig cap question!

Post by cyberloxshop » Wed Apr 21, 2010 11:42 am

Hey everyone,

I was looking around for a wig cap so I can make both dreads and lox/plastic wigs, but can only find a fishnet type one on ebay, which worries me cos I don't want it to be falling off my head if the wig cap is not very well structured..

Does anyone know which one I need to use to make a dread wig? I know that when you buy a wig, they come with a really sturdy cap, but I can't seem to find them.

Thank you so much! :o)

The type of cap you want is called a weave cap or weaving cap, not a wig cap. They're made from sturdier mesh and they're usually adjustable.

Thanks both, I have been searching both weave cap and wig cap but not a lot comes up really apart from those awful unstable looking things!
Thanks, I will be looking in to getting one very soon. :o)
