Anyone planning on going to this? I really want to go, but I have noone to go with

not sure about going to gigs by myself.. so if there's a few people from the forum I could meet up with that'd be awesome..not booked a ticket yet though, anyone know how likely/fast it is to sell out?

ok, awesome.. I'd feel much better about going if I knew I could meet up with a small group of people from here! still strangers but I wouldn't be completely on my own hehe..

Oh, me please! I'd love to see VNV live and I doubt any of my mates will come... I seem to be the only person who likes them enouth to want to see them! I'd feel like a burk going on my own so It'd be great to meet up!

ooh awesome! more people! anyone fancy meeting up a bit before the show? maybe just have a drink somewhere? I don't really know Islington, only been there once.. any ideas?!

Sure i am getting the coach down in the morning and going to find a B+B around the area to stay in, so will have pretty much all afternoon/evening free

That'd be wicked! I dont know Islington at all but I'd probibly be in london for the day, I dunno if I'd be going home right afterwards or hanging arround.

ok, well I'll be heading home once it finishes, but can quite easily get up to london earlier in the day.. will need to check what time the last train home is though

the website says 6-10pm for the show, but that seems kinda early for it to finish.. I'd rather it does finish then tho, last train for me is usually 11.30 or something, and i need time to get back to waterloo on the tube

anyone have any ideas of where we could meet?

Yeah i thought 10pm was early finish especially for a Sat night.. so hence am looking to book a B+B.. would need to get a coach from Victoria and the last one leaves at 11.30pm, other than that i would have to sit and wait til 6am for the next one.. may aswell sleep

The place the gig is going to be held is in a shopping centre

so there's lots of stuff around, probably a few pubs but I can't quite remember

did you get sent a confirmation email? I didn't

bit paranoid it hasn't gone through properly.. I have an order number though, so I guess its ok..

also looking on the website there's 3 events listed for that day, both start at 10.30 so I guess VNV will be done by 10? still seems early, but it means I can get the train back after if that is the case..

I've got an email yeh, it came about an hour after I ordered the tickets.
If the show does finish at 10 I'll prolly head home too, it does seem quite early tho.

Oh man, they played here about 2 weeks ago w/Ayria and someone esle... I would have loved if it was Rotersand though... I am jealous!!

I'm not sure it is Rotersand, their myspace doesn't have any of the uk shows listed.. VNV said it was them for the european tour, but maybe that's just mainland.. hmm...
