Date set for April, the 16th

Meeting place: York railway station, the entrance.
Time: 12:00 (I believe the trains from oop north arrive at about 11.55)

I would be up for this but it would probably need to be after Christmas as work goes nuts from next week (freshers) until about February.

Obviously, if a date before then suits everybody else better I will attempt to work around it.

I think after xmas may be the best idea - the working people will probably have an issue getting any time off before then.

I'll be in York realistically Oct 18-19-20. I technically arrive on the 17th I think, but will have traveled for 16 hours and will be toast! HA!

Then I go to London Oct 21-23rd before moving on to Paris. I'll be at Slimes on the 23rd Any way to see anyone would of course be a huge plus!

It's only £11 return on the train for me, so I should be able to make it, say, umm the 19th? Would get to York station around about 12pm. I'd have to let you know closer to the time though Elizabeth?

If we end up scheduling it around Miss Liberty's UK visit, i'm not free till after 6pm on the 18th/ 19th but can make the 20th =3

No can do for before Xmas, I am in Amsterdam next week and I won't be able to take time off work till after the holidays, it's our busy period, sadly.

There is school half term in april so those times may be one to avoid if people have kidlets to look after and york is crazy busy during school holidays.

Yeah, I was thinking of avoiding that A weekday would perhaps be the best option, but not everyone may be available on a week day.

Yay! I'm excited at the prospect of meeting some of you fine folks. I think I will leave it up to you guys when and if you are around to meet. I am trying to get an international phone, that would make it easier to communicate. however, I will most likely only have the internet at the hotel, and once out and about will be incommunicado, so we would need to set up a date, time, and place
