You should make sure whoever is doing this knows how to properly sanitize the makeup they're sending. If they don't there's a chance that the person they swap with could get something such as an eye infection from using someone elses mascara (and items like mascara can't be sanitized, by the way). Good news is that all mineral makeup is, by nature, incapable of harboring bacteria (though the containers can!)
