Is it full? Look for a message about it at the top of your inbox -- if it's full, you need to delete some stuff and then click the link to release messages. I can't remember what the little notice actually says, but you do need to manually release them once you empty out your inbox.

It says this:
You have 2 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

I have deleted several messages but how do i 'release'
Couldnt see anything immediately on the same page?

Thanks for your help
