My dad was paying me to make him a website but he kept chaging his mind so today I said to him 'Do it your effin self'.
Now he's getting my brother (which is laughable since he knows nothing of HTML) to do it for him and they are using MY work, the site I've programmed.
I've deleted the FTP version and said I want the ones on his flash drive and mums laptop deleted but all he's doing is laughing in my face. I want them deleted as my brother is going to get paid for my work otherwise. I did say to dad I want payment for the work I've done but he just ignored me.

Soooo if they use my site still can I do them for copyright of my coding when it's unauthorized?

Eh you don't really own the html or coding unless you invented a code yourself that no one has ever used before.
The only thing you can really claim are your photos.

I know it sucks and it's frustrating. I've had many of my layouts "stolen" without any change in the coding but there really isn't much you can do except notify the person and tell them to change it.
