I'd love to have opinions on this. I have a vendor who stole my pics from Myspace, they won't do anything. I would like to know opinions on say the future. The vendor is using my photos saying my hair and me look like shit, now granted I look great but when I'm going to be hosting my own business in the future does anyone have any suggestions to avoid theft of photos and since this individual is hosting the photo on a russian website I can't seem to get it pulled.
I'm more concerned when I launch a business of the same individual stealing stuff from me will continual. I'd appreciate any and all suggestions.

you can get watermarks that you can place across the middle of a picture without actually taking away any of the quality of the picture itself. i suggest something like that.

also if they posted it on myspace, you could try reporting the images if she's using them on her profile
