I bought myself a nice little fake fringe last week - it arrived yesterday and is a perfect colour match for my hair, BUT it is quite obviously fake. It's got that sheen that synthetic wigs usually have (which doesn't bother me when I wear full wigs) and it looks blindingly obvious that the fringe isn't my own hair!
Has anyone got any hints for dulling the sheen a little?

I remember reading somewhere you can use talc, haven't tried it myself though.

Thank you both! I shall try the talc first, if that doesn't work i'll get the hairdryer out
