Best U.S bleach & Hot Oil Treatments?

Would preferably like to order this stuff online.

I normally use Jerome Russell B Blonde, but im gonna be in America for the next 3.5 months unplanned, and i'm going to need to re-bleach my hair real soon, so just wondering what people think?

Also, I've been using V05 hot oil treatments for damaged hair which work pretty good, not sure if they sell them here? If not whats the next best thing thats also affordable?

If no one knows i'll just stick to oil&egg hairmasks.

the vo5 oil treatments, you can find those in pretty much any store in the us that carries hair products. in know you can get jerome russel products too.
