Buy hairs pre tipped extensions

Anyone ever bought these before?
Just thought i'd put a post out to see if anyone has bought them, and what they though of the thickness of each strand, before i hand over lots of hard earned cash!

its better to buy a weft and make your own strands bc they are quite thin.

you suggest making your own. I have a weft of hair and am ready to try.
Is it about 20-25 strands of hair per strand of extension?
And, since the weft already has the hair attached to it, do i need to use any type of bond or can i just snip it and pull it through the bead?
can you suggest a tutorial or give more explanation as to how to make your own?
