I know this is an old post but has anyone ever complained to BH a out their colours?
I'm using their emerald green colour atm and it knots up so bad when backcombing! Also when sealed it pretty much unravels when I hold it pfffft!

Buyhair in my opinion is great for the solid colors but the pre-blended hair is AWFUL and not the same quality as the others. The glue is of extremely poor quality and falls out after like a week or two and the glue is just really soft which is never good. It is just better to make your own blends or buy different solid colors.

i think if they carry on selling that crap under the name kanekalon (which definitely isnt kanekalon) sooner or later people will just stop buying them.

Ya no kidding! It feels gross, can't seal and is icky-shiny; sounds an awful lot like pp fiber!
