Where do you guys get your I-Tips?

Hey everyone!!
So I am new here and eager to get to know you all.
I have a question for those who have experience with I-tip hair extensions.
Where do you get your hair?
When I first started I got the Paris Hilton (the salon called them this) ones from a salon.
They fell apart pretty quick and the hair expanded, didn't look as natural.
Then I experimented with Sally's i-tips. But they were 18" and also fell apart very quickly.
Now I strictly use ebay extensions for the great price and nice quality.
However, I do these on other people's hair as well. And matching up colors through a computer monitor isn't always the easiest. So my question is where do you guys get your extensions? Are the higher quality ones, the kind you need to get certified in, in order to purchase them? Is there a company that has nice quality hair, a variety of colors, and will allow me to order without being certified with their company? Mostly I am looking for one company so I can get a color ring and junk.
