Deathhawk extensions?
I have a deathhawk thats about 6 or7 inches wide, if I wanted to put in human hair extensions in it, should I put them in horizontally or vertically down the hawk?
I hope I put this in the right section, thanks

Re: Deathhawk extensions?
I would put them in at a horizontal/diagnal angle to hide them more.

It depends on how you want to style your 'hawk.
If you put them in horizontially, you won't be able to have the sides stand up. If you put them in vertically, it might look a bit weird if the 'hawk wasn't fanned out.
Hope that makes sense.

I figured if I put them in vertically it would make it easier to put the hawk up, and it would hide the weft better?

Righto. If you want it stood up, put them in from forehead to neck. to have it lay down, put them in side to side. forehead to neck could also be brushed straight back, but not stood up.FrankenBabe wrote:I figured if I put them in vertically it would make it easier to put the hawk up, and it would hide the weft better?

I'm a little confused. The first and last part of your post contradicts itself. If I want it to stand up I should put them in forehead to neck, yes?VixenSingsBlack wrote:Righto. Yes! They might not lay completely flat, which is not really a big deal. Make sure you leave about half an inch between the weft and the outside line of your hair [you know, the part that meets where it's shaved] so you have some to cover up the track. Light hair spray and a dryer should do the trick; those flat hair clips are quite helpful as well.

I did this once by installing the weft in an u-shape from the front, around the back and to the front again.
