Hair extension clippy things

hi am new to this forum, wondering if someone could help me how do you sew your hair onto those clips things. is it in one layer or two? help!

Typically it is more than one, but it would depend on how thick the weft you have.

We have tutorials on how to make a clipset, and it shows the process.
