I've hunted around youtube and have only come across a tutorial for single ended dreads so far.
Can anyone link me to a tutorial for beginners to make double ended dreads please??

there isn't really any real difference. you can only back comb one end of the dread at a time so it's just a case of keeping one end out of the way while you do the other.
there's a thread i made about clamping hair into place that has some good suggestions (not from me )

http://squeakmachine.com/ has some really excellent dread installing and dread making tutorials on her page. When I am confused I look there for answers- but I hope she gets a SE dread install tutorial up soon lol I can't seem to find a good one anywhere.
Good luck!

The tuts on SqueakMachine are done by Delic. They are pretty much the best tuts out there really. I learnt a lot from them (and adapted my own xD)
