Don't go cheap on the steamer.

Post by apothecdreadmaker » Fri Jan 31, 2014 6:02 am

I was using a Shark hand held steamer for a while and it was absolutely a waste of my time. The thing would run out of water within 5 minutes, which as a dread maker is annoying (dreads are time consuming and don't the added time fidgeting with a steamer)...I find the bigger steamers (more costly, but worth it) are a huge step-up. Plus I like the hose a bit better than fidgeting with a handheld steamer. The wattage of mine is 1500 watts, so it gets hot as hell! I like the results!
