Okay so I ordered some Lexy, Jazzy and Diversity's own jumbo braid. Personally I love both Lexy and Diversity, I find the backcombing to be smooth and easy which I can't say for Jazzy. I'm not sure if it just me or not but I cannot for the life of me get it to backcomb into a good shape but its the first time I've used this brand so I'm sure it just takes some getting used to!
I know that Lexy has a higher heat resistance then other brands so I've been using the straightener method! I didn't expect it to be this much more effort though, I find myself having to seal them 3 or 4 times. I've made sure my dreads pass the erection test with flying colours and have no lumps or bumps, is there anything else I can do to ensure they seal better or will I just have to steam them a few times?
