If you are looking for a really nice deep dark purple, the grape soda is delicious! It's really hard to capture in photographs as its nearly black. In the light it reflects a really gorgeous deep purple. It would mix with Royal Plum beautifully!

I usually use PH neon blau, (sometimes kobalt blau), royal blau, violet deluxe, vampir violet, and magenta OR DL turquoise, afrocare Royal Blue, DL Violicious and DL Neon Violet in my braids. I am hoping to replace most if not all of the colours with this stuff if possible.

Yes I like to always do the same colours, I know that makes me odd but other colours just get old fast for me.

Hoping they get a color ring soon!

The closest matches to those are..
Neon blau = blue raspberry (blue raspberry is lighter)
Neon violet = fuchsia
Violaceous = not identical, but very close to royal plum

I've never seen royal blau, violet deluxe, or vampir violet in person, but my guess is that cobalt and purple haze would come closest.

I may have to invest in a bag to see how it seals with the heat of my iron :D

:D I'm thinking it'll be worth paying that little extra for some more colours :P

So considering this is the same weight as the KK jumbo braid, does that mean I'd be reasonably safe in using that as an estimate to see how much hair I need? So if I normally use 4 bags of jumbo braid, 4 bags of this would give me about the same number of dreads?

I'm trying to sus how many I'd need and I'm crap with visualising weights of hair :(
