I have approx. 2 ft long dreads (natural) and want to put them into a dreadhawk but every time I try it either looks like a big mess or three ponytails.
Is there a certain technique to doing this?
Would love any help ^_^

Re: Wanted ~ Dreadhawk Tutorial
on the indivdual bunches
grab some from the top and some from the bottom of the bunch above and pull them together with a small elastic band, it helps them not look so seperated

I've tried that as well, but I've got it in my head that there is some braiding method that sets the sides to look flat and the dreadhawk to look full and awesome.
I've seen it and I can't find it anywhere now
