Wanted: Tutorial for making own website design!

Well, my website looks superboring, I have this finished design on it. But in a soon future, i want to get my own domain, instead of using freewebs.
Anyone who can help? And please don't say that I need photoshop or something.. cause I don't

What do you actually want?

Pretty graphics? You will need a paint program.

Pretty coding? All you need is notepad<3 Or at least that is my tool of choice.

If it is just coding you require, I suggest looking at some HTML tutorials.
