Any good books/sites/vidios? help!

Hey guys im really rubbish at putting really colourful eye shadow on/cant think of cool ways to do it etc. and im not creative enough lol (such as zerolouie's and viewtopic.php?f=29&t=14782 that kinda stuff!) so i was wondering if there are any good websites vids or books that you can name that gives loads of ideas and/or how to's?

stick in make up tutorial on youtube and browse to your heart's content.

Kevin Aucoin's books are fantastic! they really helped me when i was getting started.

I think things like that all come with practice. I know ZeroLuie's make up is really quite simple once you break it down. It just looks like a lot to do when you first try it! :)

Bobbi Brown has some amazing makeup books. The makeup manual is pretty much a bible for MUAs.
Have you really been far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
