the blurb sounds to me that it's just like a moisturiser/highlight. i wouldn't think it was a base

ye i saw it today but didint buy it as it didnt have much info on the box but i opened it to smell it cz i like to know if they smell nice or not & it didnt seem to look so great when i looked at it but just wandered if it was any good & if it was a primer or not or if i could use it as one

If you're looking for a primer for under makeup, pick up some Lanacane. It's the same price as that anyway atm. There's a thread about it in this forum.

its not a primer. its a shimmery moisturizer. i used to use it, it smells fab!
