Anyone know of the nicest baby pink hair dye to get? id like it to be vibrant, id prefer Special effects over manic panic.

SFX Cupcake Pink is nice. Its not quite as light as baby pink kk.. more of a bubblegum color.
I Kick Shins - Now stocking olive green, pistachio, & neon purple kk jumbo braid!

Have you used Directions at all? I used their Carnation Pink for my cherry blossom dreads and it started off a kind of flourescent pink but faded out a lovely peachy baby pink colour. It had pretty good staying power too! :)

Although yeah, if you're going for something more permanent and are going for SFX I would say defo go with Cupcake Pink or diluted Atomic Pink..
