Manic panic dupes for Special Effects?

Post by lilibat » Wed Apr 25, 2012 6:10 pm

Is there a chart anywhere? I know Atomic Turquoise is almost dead up Fishbowl but I am wondering about other shades specifically Blue Haired Freak, Blue Mayhem & Pimpin' Purple. Not being able to get SFX is vexing me mightily.

best you could do is look through BeeUnique's hair dye gallery. You can choose to browse by brand and color name, so could look at MP and SFX side by side. http://www.hairdyegallery.co.uk/Gallery-brand.html

Just an FYI, 95% of the reviews I have read about MP dye says that it fades far too quickly.

Again, just FYI, but Nickki at Beeunique is due to have stock of SFX (as well as other sellers, I assume, dependant on where you live) within the next two weeks. SFX are making up the last batch of colour as we speak, and are due to ship stock end of this week/beginning of next week.

SFX Blue Haired Freak = MP Bad Boy Blue
SFX Blue Mayhem = MP Shocking Blue
Can't help you with that last one, but I can vouch for the blues at least. Good luck, sweetie!

The closest Manic Panic color to SFX Pimpin' Purple is Purple Haze
