White hair to blonde hair?

Hi guys,
I've been pondering this for ages and finally remembered about you all over here
Ive currently got white/grey hair and i want to go back to a proper blonde colour, will a box dye do this?
Ive tried it in the past and i just end up with browny coloured hair thats not quite blonde and not quite brown so I was thinking of going for either a honey blonde with no lightener in it or an ash blonde.
Or possibly just a wash in was out blonde to make take the whiteness out?

A pale blonde should work just fine.

Try just leaving your hair be for a little while without toning it to silver/grey, before you try to go blonde. That way you have a clean canvas to work with so to speak. Depending what silver color you are using it should fade out in a few weeks.
