i've had left over color of Splat's luscious raspberry for months and it wont go away i've tried dying over it with Special Effects. I dont really want to cut my hair because its the whole underneath of my hair and i dont really want to bleach it either, my grandmother (who use to be a licensed hairdresser) said i could dye the underneath of it.But i want it to be the same color as the rest of my hair, if that is possible. I think my hair color is like a dirty blonde or strawberry blonde, i can take a picture and post it here if it would help.

You could try a colour stripper but red is hard to get rid of, but that should work if you are wanting to go back to dark blonde/ strawberry.
