My Extensions won't bleach!!

I purchased extensions off ebay and they color was off. The girl told me they are human hair and I dye them. Well she is no longer even on ebay anymore for me to complain!!! I've bleached my hair to a light blonde and want the extensions to match. They are about a dark golden blonde and the color won't budge one bit!! I'm starting to think they are fake?? Any advice!! Oh and I curled them with a curling iron and it's held that same curl since November!! After 2 bleachings and washing!!

They are probably a high heat synthetic.
