Dye to match IKS Cobalt Blue

I feel like this was just posted in some ways, but, i've been wanting to go blue and I really like IKS Cobalt Blue sooooo ....... what dye would match? (perferably Special Effects brand)

It could even be Blue Velvet. BHF is purple based blue and it comes out rather muted.
