Made this for my friend's birthday a few weeks ago. It's of her baby daughter Syenna.

Well this is a painting, but I take a photo with enough contrast and Photoshop it, I use a tutorial for making stencils. I then transfer the lines of the Photoshopped photo onto the painting and fill them in with acrylic paint.
Just search on Google for 'photoshop stencil', there are a lot of different tutorials and techniques. It usually takes me a lot of time to get things the way I want

I see a lot of people doing this photo-a-day project but the majority are incredibly boring, these are just amazing!

Quick update of my teapot! It's all done and safe at home now, haha.



He turned out a lot darker than I'd hoped he would, but I'm still proud .

Madii i did it in the "progess" style for my MM account. bascially to show my skills and what not. skin retouching is my strengths however so im glad you like it! =]

also i edited the pic cos it was way to large for ppl to see haha

Nah that one isnt mine. her pic is a highly popular download on devianart so thats why you see it around so often. it looks alright though lol

Many. Otus is modeled in Rhino and rendered with V-ray. Piilo... well, it went through autocad, archicad, artlantis, photoshop, illustrator... I hope I didn't forget any!
