1) You must keep posts PG13.
2) If your pics are likely to be considered a little 'saucy' (sexy / suggestive shots are fine- so long as they are arty!) put NOT WORK SAFE/ NWS in your title.
3) When replying to a post, remember this is NOT the critique section.
4) Comments like " I love your eyes/ my god you are hot" are not helpful! Include them but please comment on the item/s being shown off too!
5) This Show Off section is only for showing off non hair related products, not making sales. Please make no references to eBay, A and P, or any kind of sales. You may offer the same item for sale in A and P, but no cross linking between A and P and Show Off. Show Off should be a place to comment and encourage each other; we don't want Show Off to become a billboard for sellers.

Feather Headdress
So, I have had multiple sources of inspiration lately, as well as a serious headdress envy from various pics I have seen over the years on the net. A masked ball was coming up here in Orlando, so I thought it was time I made one for myself. I am surprised how naturally the process came, and love the end result. It is mounted on an alice headband, is super lightweight, and a lot of fun to wear.
and just for funsies, a picture of my date, cause he made me swoon:

Swooning just makes me think of Ygritte now. "What's swooning?"
Ahem, I digress. That looks awesome Elizabeth! I love your posts as you both seem to go to such interesting places that require epic dress up!

Re: Feather Headdress
Thanks, everyone!
Ha. I'm not normally much of a swooner. I was that night. For a while here in Orlando there was not much to do in the scene. Our weekly night was cut to once a month. To hold interest, they make each month themed, which has been fun. Fortunately a few other things have popped up to do again on a weekly basis, but G and I still really enjoy the monthly ones. It's fun to have an excuse to dress up.
