When I'm living with Matthew I shall always be baking! I begrudge making stuff here cuz then it has to be eaten by everyone else.

Sunday lunch, meateater and veggie + pudding

I am a very keen cook but rarely take pics! All is home made, I never use packets so some may not be as pretty or perfect as it should be.
Okay - 1st very rare roast rib of beef from my dad's cow, roast pots, cauli & broccoli cheese, yorkshires, v=cabbage, carrots with balsamic and garlic. Gravy.


Veg - Quorn peppered steaks with all the trimmings, no cheese and meat free gravy.


Pud. Not very good pics but it was a self saucing lemon souffle type desert. I served it with lightly whipped double cream and raspberries


And gratuitous roast potato shot! They are much better in real life, I am the potato master, had to make two massive trays for 3 people! They scoff them through the evening too. No wonder we are all fatties!

ooh, yummy sunday lunch!

I think this is my first food post in here!!
I made pancakes( unsurprisingly,lol)

the one at the back is a different colour as I used too much butter first time,lol. The two at the back have blueberries in them
Plus I tried to make a large thin one but the batter was too thick and I ended up with a large thick one..not a problem!
