My iguana loves the shit of of some kale, I've nibbled it but it doesn't taste so great just plain. I've always wanted to try kale chips with salt like that though, I just never have the motivation to actually try and make them!

You need a dehydrator to make them....if you were to put them in the oven I think they would just turn out super dry and crispy.
Eeek, you have an iguana! I want one. Red or green? I has a snake, but I'm going to convince Dylan that we need a tegu also to add to our family.

Yeah, I made them in the oven once before I got my dehydrator and about half the pan came out really dry, and the other half came out soggy. There were maybe 3 pieces somewhere in the middle that turned out right

I'm glad you got to enjoy them this time.
I'd love to get a dehydrator also, how much did you pay for yours?

I'm not sure how much it was. It was a wedding gift.

Oh wikkid, score on that one.
That salad looks wonderful too! Hahaha, now I'm hungry.
Do you add a little lime/and or lemon juice to your salads?
Raw is so wonderful, are you 100% raw?

I usually add lemon juice, but I didn't for this one because I made fresh lemonade the same day and I was sick of squeezing lemons by the time I got around to the salad
I'm nowhere near 100% raw, but I always keep the temperature on the dehydrator low enough that anything I dry is raw. I buy a lot of fruit on sale (like stuff that's overstocked and will go bad if it doesn't get used right away) and make huge batches, so I've always got jars of raw strawberries and apples and stuff around to snack on.

Yeah, I'm the same. I love fruits, and nuts. I always bring a big bag of almonds and sunflower seeds with me to snack on when I'm at work and stuff. With grapes and whatnot.
I'd love to be 100% but it's quite expensive, and time consuming for me. One day I hope to have the time.

Have you ever had agave nectar before?
It's SOO tasty, it goes so well with fruit.
You can get it at health food stores, and some grocery stores.

I had home made veggi burgers. Grated sweet potatoe, normal potatoe, courgette, mushroom and a red chilli, seasoned and bound with egg. A little hole made in the middle with a piece of stilton popped inside and covered over. They were lovely!

I roasted a chicken and had chicken salad for my tea, with pasta twists, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, cherry tomatoes and a bit of cheese grated on top. It was pretty nomtastic! On with the diet!

It's a pity the motherfucker sank and went all mushy in the middle, which will teach me that self-raising is never a good substitute for plain flour. I'll have to buy some real flour and try the recipe again to see whether that helps. Furthermore, I'm using a fan oven and the original recipe doesn't say what kind of oven it's with, so I'm really guessing at the timings. Oh well, live and learn.
This looks amazing! I really need to try a zucchini recipe.

It was surprisingly easy to make, I just googled tuna linguine & found a recipe where I had 90% of what I needed in the house!
