Wooooah so much food!
I can't stand halloumi, it tastes like rubber to me. Cheese on toast is one of my favourite things...and it HAS to be diagonally cut.
PLUS home made hummus is far superior...it literally takes about 5 minutes to make. I'm sure I put a recipe up in the relevant thread! I'll check and add one if I haven't.

Re: Foodspiration! The "What I Ate Today" Thread :D
We stayed in a veggie guesthouse in North Wales a few years ago and the owner made the best veg brekkie I have ever tasted. She used Cauldron cumberland sausages, field mushrooms with thyme and creme fraiche, scrambled eggs with coriander, baby toms with basil and walnut bread toasted with butter. Sounds overly herby but was completely incredible. I recreate it often but it doesn't taste the same as it did in her beautiful garden with the sun on my face.Love Bunny wrote:Veggie english

I spy those McCains Hash Browns! God, aren't they just the best? *drool*Love Bunny wrote:Veggie english
On all this talk about home-made hummus, the super dooper best thing about it is you can add just about whatever you want! Like those expensive fancy 'roasted red pepper' or 'caramelised onion' hummus's in supermarkets, I looove making vegan pesto (no cheese, boo) hummus, nomnom!
I made sweet-roasted peanut granolaaaa bars with strawberry jam and dark chocolate today, I'm pretty proud of them cause they're tasty but they look absolutely awful
