Weeeeee yayyyy - Jobs, Flats, Health

Post by NaturalistDesigns » Mon Sep 08, 2008 3:45 pm

Sorry I'm just really happy because I've been given a work trial for tomorrow morning at my Mum's work were I applied to.

http://www.dawsonbooks.co.uk/ < That's who my Mum works for, in the Rushden Branch.
http://www.multimap.com/maps/?zoom=16&c ... qs=NN106DB < Locality

Anyways, it's the break I've been hoping for; especially after being told at the beginning of next year me and Paul are being offered a house - which has delighted me and Paul. It's a stunning 3 bedroom house, within walking distance of a bus route, the town centre of Rushden [not glamourous but we all have to start somewhere], and his family & my mates.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails- ... 5&tr_t=buy
^ That's the house in question. Val [Paul's Nan's friend] is going to revamp the kitchen, the bathroom and the garage :D All she wants is one bedroom to store some of her stuff for her and a reasonable amount of rent per month. I think that's more than a fair deal :D

Health wise, finally got the ball rolling about my ears today. Had a hearing test, and I need to be reffered back to my doctors, then onto a specialist in the Ear, Nose & Throat Department at Kettering General. So that's finally sorted :D

So I think my dance at this time is;

I really need tomorrow to go well, Mum's said go in comfy and cool as it gets really warm in there. It's finally all going well :D Weeeeee

I love the house, and cannot wait to start moving in - I get paid weekly for the first 3 months, so I can give Mum and Dad some and save a bit :D

Thanks Angie :)

Had the interview, all is nerves at the Chrissy house. Did my Mum's most hated part of servicing - tackying; basically you know the plastic stuff on the book in the libraries, thats different covers for servicing :) That's what Mum does, and potentially I will be too.

£190 a week ish, so that's not too bad as I'll be getting a lift.
