I'm also a massive fan of Mildred Von Hildegard, who incidently is the girlfriend of a friend of mine. She's the designer behind Mother of London clothing which I utterly adore

Jessica Darwin is also another designer that I keep my eye on, her garments are total inspiration for me

I agree that zeroluie has amazing style, but not really in the way i would dress anymore, but fabulous eye candy to be sure!

Also, wow, I hadn't heard of zoetika but she is beautiful. I also notice a lot of her photos, as with that one of mildred, are by nadja lev, who was plastic honey on these (well, just the ezboard I think) boards, but gave up her amazing plastic hair to do, apparently amazing also, photography.

I have seen that photo of mildred before but with lots of bombs exploding in the background, and the photo reversed. It is very inspirational indeed, but again, for me, more as eye candy than as as anything I could actually wear!

Heh, more than is probably healthy ;)

http://www.venuswept.org/ - Allan Amato photogapher, the best stuff is under the Editorial - Narrative section. Use the menu across the top and then move to the right side bar to find the good stuff. Some of it is NSFW though. There's also some lovely stuff under the Editorial Fashion and Beauty sections too.

Mm she is fab, but I can't help wondering how her, Sisen and all of their pretty, colourful friends afford all of their threads, it must cost, well, a lot!

Does anyone know what they do o_O
Obviously Sisen is a DJ and they call themselves Japanese Club Kids, but is this the same as the NY originals? Do they just get paid to turn up at events o_o

I dunno =P I was wondering, i've looked on her myspace and i wasn't quite sure exactly why she is so well known. But i love her clothes so it matters not 8-)

And i agree, the clothes i like are soo expensive, it takes so long to build a nice wardrobe, especially with my lack of moneyz.

Decora is very cute but sometimes I think there is just too much to look at!

There was actually a Decora girl in the fashion show at the Japanese Festival - she looked lovely but it must of taken half an hour getting all of the clips into her hair alone x.x

Damn people and their funds.

On the subject of well-dressed Japanese people, my birthday outfit is going to heavily influenced by Sisen and Ayumi's medical shoot, I shall be posted a Show Off of it for sure ^^

These are my inspirations.

First off
Emilie autumn
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ... i=65644370

Secondly... im not really sure who did this so a link is about as much credit as i can give.
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ... D=14322386
obviously i do tend to wear a little more than that

The girl dressed as a rabbit
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ... D=29317802

and finally possibly my favorite
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ... D=28440134

I hope all of them work. I had to link to myspace but if they dont for you let me know.

Letty: I saw Angelspit live last year and my then boyfriend was the club DJ between bands so we were there early. When Amelia and Zog turned up before the gig I did not recognise her at all, she looks completely different in her casual clothes and without fake hair in.

Just shows what good make up and styling can do, because the transformation between the girl I saw before the gig and the girl who came out on stage was incredible.

Violet Nightmare: The girls in the second link are twin alternative/fetish models, Ulorin Vex and Amalthea. They lived about 5 minutes from me still they did a bunk down south. The girl in the bunny costume is Pinkindus who runs Freyagushi Clothing. I am pretty sure the clothes in the last link are made by her too.
