today started off as a bad day but has ended up being a good day.
Im starting to feel more positive about myself, started to do more exercise in order to shift weight (ive sat around doing sod all this summer apart from work,i normally do lots of walking at uni). i look forward to joining the gym when i get back to uni in 2 weeks, the exercise i did today made me feel really good.I am going to do my best to keep this positive streak and reach my weightloss goal.

Well having been off work with stress, I just had a run of four good days in succession so I now feel awesome. I recently split up with my OH and moved back home but my friends here have been awesome and showing me a really good time :D

*sprinkles love and good luck around for everybody in the forum*

To begin with, a dog is not mad. you see a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I am mad.

I fixed my computer! It was randomly bluescreening and restarting, and I fixed it all by myself. Yay :D
