jesus fucking christ! Techs over here are morons! Now I have a working keyboard, great, but they only serviced half my compy! I have a series of 20 dead pixels in my screen and they were supposed to have changed the screen! GAH!!!! Graphic designers can't have dead pixels in the screen because we kinda need it! OMFG!!! I'm so pissed! I had to wait three months for a new keyboard in the first place! Now I'll prob be stuck waiting another six for a new screen! I can't believe this shit!!!! I swear to god when that tech calls me back I am ripping him a brand new, gaping, bloody asshole!
P.S. it's a laptop BTW

why didnt you just buy a new key board instead of waiting 3 months they only cost $10-20 ?
and just browsing the web you can get a pretty good deal on a monitor too
i saw some monitors for less then $200

I always used to use an extra keyboard for my laptop because I liked having my numpad amongst other things.

I understand your frustration, but language, please. :/
Our television broke down just before Christmas, and they sent three people to poke at it, and on the 23rd the last guy said it was broken. We had to threaten the place, basically, because they weren't gonna do anything about it (even though it's in their contract to). Just keep at them to get it sorted, otherwise you'll be waiting another 3 months before they do anything.

you could always hook your lap top up to a regular monitor till you get it fixed, i've seen, people do that

xD...sorry about the language...I could do that...if I had a place to out a computer..thats why I have a laptop. I dont have a desk or anything and I dont really have a floor either xD...so I'd have no place to put it. I can see with the screen (obviously since I am talking to you here) but where the dead pixels are is very irritating and inhibits me doing my job. I can USE the screen just fine, until I need to do graphic work.
