last christmas reminds me of working at NPower - we were split into groups & all given an xmas song to re-write for npower.

yea, i know its not really a christmas song... but the music sounds kinda festive and it mentions xmas a bit I think what I like about its is its quite a "grounded" song- It reminds me that there are two constants in the world- christmas and war- like, even tho we're happy and celebrating somewhere theres people fighting to survive... bit of a downer sorry! lol.

I'm such a sucker when it comes to christmas songs - I love it when shops start playing things like Last Christmas or Jingle Bell Rock.. all the old classics. I like carols as well.. I'm so sappy at christmas ^_^

I hate the Band Aid songs too - that no snow in Africa thing has always seemed so bloody patronising to me.. do you really think they give a flying sh*t about snow??

getting us all to feel bad and pledge money at christmas.. besides, since when did throwing money at a country do ANYTHING for the people at the bottom of the pile? You want to help, go out there and help the individuals - not the politicians sitting at the top of the pile surrounded by money.
