I did miss it .... I guess
Bit of a sodling when the old one went down, as I was having a fit as i was in the middle of buying something

Luckily I was busying myself on holiday so I didn't have half as much a crisis had I been at my computer, pining for the good old days
Although that, compared to the crisis of my holiday would have been much more bearable, lol

I made a pony house with my little girl for all her ponys, quite sweet really that she prefers my cardboard / sticky tape creation to her £30 pink glitzy, electronic pony castle. I took the dog for extra walks and worked on a relatives website more then I normally would each day. I still checked every few hours to see if it was back up, this community is highly addictive!!

I joined all the hair communities on livejournal. *hangs head* I really don't like livejournal even.
I also played an insane amount of Miss Bimbo.

I don't remember what I did before Miss Bimbo. I'll be 9 days from day 100 (and level 18!) this evening.twigletstar wrote:Miss Bimbo gets me through everything. I don't know what I'd do without it >.<
We should start a Heavenly Hair cleek for it.

Re: I was in the great heavnly hair meltdown of 2008
I was at a fest when it went down.
Totally buggered up my Tuesday morning Catch up with HH plans, when I tried to load it and it wasn't there!
So I did my fest clothes washing instead, which was poo and boring. But I guess that was a more productive use of my time, so I guess, in theory, it wasn't such a bad thing that I couldn't spend hours clicking around on the forum...

Re: I was in the great heavnly hair meltdown of 2008
Well even though I missed the site a lot, I kept myself busy doing dreads. Which is a good thing, because sometimes my time on HH would cut into my hair time, and would result in me falling behind. So I got AHEAD in the time without HH. And as for the internet, I posted more on LJ than I ever have in my life. xD

I only have an evening job and am waiting for Uni to start so I was tearing my hair out at not having anything to do when HH was down!! I ended up lurking on a Big Brother forum *shame* and put things in "organised piles..." oh dear.

I only suffered for a couple days because I was out of town from Monday through Wednesday and I didn't go online much while I was gone. When I did go online, I spent my usual HH time on DTBD instead

Re: I was in the great heavnly hair meltdown of 2008
I searched LJ, Facebook & Myspace for hair communities/groups.
I also spent a lot less time online, & actually got various things on my growing 'to do' list done

I was glad that it was brought back so quickly. I thought we'd have to wait for like, weeks. I also played Neopets while HH was down.

Re: I was in the great heavnly hair meltdown of 2008
I was super mopey. I just kept clicking on the shortcut for it hoping and praying it would come back. It was very sad to watch, apparently lol
I spent a lot of time on the Halloween forum instead, planning my party and talking about Halloween etc.. but.. it just wasn't the same. It upset my whole routine!! I didn't realise how much time I spend here lol

Oh god, I need to find out what my password was for that account, I had so many NPs! Probably wouldn't be worth anything now, it was 4 years ago -__-'

I ended up playing a fair bit of Counter Strike Source, and some various games on facebook. It was hard not to look at as much hair related stuff!!!
