yep months pay just came so am looking for one and buying hair soon so hopefully i can post my black and blonde and either pink or blue set up .

i think they will be better with a steamer, i can already see the texture and finnish that is compromised by using the straightener

They are rather impressive for a first set in that style and very nice, I'd be more than happy to sport a set :)

Those are very lovely. You've done such a wonderful job. I can't wait to see it when it's done.

You're getting the hang of it, I can tell that much, did you come up with this wrap technique by yourself?

yeah it took me about 16 different ways to try to get the look of mary's synthetic dreads or LS7 wrappy look ,
Image
(image from mary's synthetic dreads)
unconvinced it was a simple matter of wrapping a skinny piece of hair around the dread to make it bobble . as for me it doing that didnt look the same . so i just kept trying different things till i could get it to look the texture i was after . i have spent a long time looking at mary's dreads which are absolutely beautiful

they still dont look like them but they are interesting
it isnt perfected yet but i am liking it as a finish - i find the yellow blonde is extremely shiny and gives a more glossy finish than the dreads should have but they need to be boiled to soften them and it also softens the colours nicely

i need more red to finish this lot off and i hope i can get a nice look in the blonde pink and black set - i will be ordering the hair tonight i think
