Marble Roving

Post by corpseesproc » Fri Dec 10, 2010 9:57 pm

I was trying to create a marble like effect with out using premade blended merino.
Mainly because some of the colours I ordered for my friends set vastly differed from the pictures so I figured if I made some of them marbled it would look better, this is what i have so far what do you think?

i think they look lovely, i've been using pre blended merino as well recently to make accent dreads and it works quite well for marbeling.

Does it produce a similar effect?
That would be useful for future if it does :)
I figured I could use this method to maybe mix colours I couldn't find pre blended?

They look nice but it is difficult to assess if you have created what YOU were looking for without any information as to what blends you were trying to achieve.

That aside I think they look fab!!
