Hey!
I've just brought loads of white roving I plan on dying to match my hair colour.
Currently my hair is a mix of perminant red and a semi 'pillarbox red' over the top.
I was going to go down the root of red food colouring (quiet strong tho) but is it possible to mix it with semi perminant hair dye?
Has anyone tried this/had any luck with doing it?
Sorry if this is in the wrong place! xxx

Never tried it, you could test it on a small piece of wool

I did some with some leftover fudge paintbox stuff and it went fine! I'm not sure how colourfast they were, but if you put some white vinegar in with the dye and dilute it with some water and then simmer the wool in that it should be pretty good Let us know how you get on!
