My first show off...Yarn braids! pic chunky?

I've been messing around with hair extensions since i was about 14 (i'm 21 now) but yarn braids is my specialty. Most of the time they're butt length but i now have a 2 year old and i dont have the time for braids that length.

These are the shortest i've ever done. They are from sometime last year.





These are being taken out right now. I've only had them in for maybe 3 days but i just dont like them. I shouldnt have listened to my brother in law about leaving the black roots. Makes them look really thin to me.




And just for fun, this is my little girl in some of her wigs. She has maybe 8 in her collection so far.

impossibly cute kiddie shots! I love how you matched the pink yarn to the colour flashes in your own hair on the first ones. On the pink ones, I would have been inclined to put black wool into the top layer to help your roots blend. I realise your own hair is coloured and would have shown up on the black, but the contrast may have helped it blend in. Too late now though, if you are taking them out.

You really suit pink though, are you going to dye your roots and put them back in? Nice first show-off, anyway. x

I thought about putting in some black braids to help them blend in more, but the added weight of the braids were already giving me crazy tension bumps and i didnt want to add to them. I dont think i'm going to put them in again anytime soon. Maybe when it gets cold .

The pink wig was the one that started her collection. It's supposed to fit up to a year old but it was too small when she was 3 months! I cut the wig cap so she cut wear it since she loved it so much
