Car Dread station

Post by NirvanaMarie » Thu Jul 01, 2010 8:55 pm

Had a long drive from San Diego, Ca to Spokane, Wa (24+ hours), needed to finish my dread set and improvised :)

I hooked the hanger on the visor, and there was a light for the mirror that I angled down so I could work on them at night too :)

Very crafty! gads that drive through eastern Ore and eastern Wa is soooooo dull, parts of it look like the surface of the moon. The gorge is cool though.
Are you a native eastsider? I'm an Olympia native.

Not sure if you went up I-5 or not, but I can't imagine trying to focus on dreads around those bends between Ashland and Eugene! Super awesome idea though, I am so snagging it for future road trips!

What a good idea! I would so do this on long roadtrips. I bet you had red fibers all over the place ahaha. Even when making dreads in my room somehow the hair ends up in my car (or wherever I go ha) Props to you on this excellent idea!

I've lived in Spokane forever, I'm moving over to the Everett area in March though.

Not too bad, leather seats made for easy clean up.

Wasn't the easiest of dread assembly, but helped with boredom :)
