First Roving dread

Post by Nenedhel » Thu Aug 12, 2010 12:09 am

I thought I would throw myself to the lions and get some C/C, I have just made my first roving dread, I personally don't like roving dreads that much so I wont wear them but I thought it would be nice to try and make some, practise and get good enough to make orders. I haven't - luckily - had much trouble with lines or cracks.. so far. anyway let me know what you think, advice and comments are much appreciated

I know that I need to add more taper.. trying that with the next one

It's reeeeally good :)

If you're wanting a tapered end, lightly tug at the blunt ends after cutting the roving <3
this is my witty signature. love it. fear it <3 rawr!

If you pull you roving rather than cutting it you'll get a better taper ;)
